party", but "it is no coincidence that I am happy that my party
is part of the same political family as Meloni" in Europe. The
leader of the Romanian ultra-right of Aur, George Simion, said
to Politico on the eve of the presidential elections in Romania.
The Italian PM brought back "the Italians' hope in the
European project", underlined Simion, who is vying to become
the new Romanian president to succeed the pro-European
conservative Klaus Iohannis.
