Moldova has created a plan for
Transnistria's reintegration by 2038, according to official
documents cited by the Spanish newspaper El Pais. The
three-phase project was developed by a consultancy firm on
behalf of the government in Chisinau. For its implementation,
Moldovan authorities are already meeting from time to time with
those of the self-proclaimed republic not recognized by the UN,
the daily claimed.
