The Arraiolos Group Summit has
begun in Krakow, Poland, under the presidency of Andrzej Duda.
Sergio Mattarella, the President of the Republic, is
representing Italy. This year's summit is attended by 11 heads
of state, including the presidents of Italy and Poland,
Bulgaria, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Estonia, Slovenia, Latvia,
Hungary, and Slovakia. The 19th Arraiolos Group Summit is taking
place at Krakow's Wawel castle. The Polish presidency has
focused the work on the need to strengthen transatlantic ties.
The developments of the war in Ukraine will be a central topic
of informal discussion at the summit.
