The traditional end-of-year concert was held yesterday at the Skopje Philharmonic, entitled 'Stronger Together in the Harmony of Sounds', organised by the Ministry of Defence of North Macedonia. Contributing to the concert this year, also thanks to the support of the Office of the Military Attaché of the Italian Embassy, were five musicians and a Maestro from the Italian Army Band, along with musicians from the military bands of France, Hungary, and the United States.
The event was attended by the President of the Republic, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, the Minister of Defence, Vlado Misajlovski, the Chief of General Staff, Major General Sashko Lafchiski, all the country's top officials, numerous Ambassadors and accredited Military Attachés. In the first part of the concert," the Embassy reported in a note, "pieces by the leading classical music composers of the participating countries were performed, while the second part focused on Macedonian folk songs.
