As part of the Italian Embassy's activities in Georgia during the Week of the Italian Language in the World, the Italian Ambassador Massimiliano D'Antuono visited the University of Business and Technology (BTU), where he was welcomed by Nino Enuqidze, Rector of the Georgian university, focused on providing its graduates with advanced skills in the fields of business management and innovative technologies.
During the cordial meeting, topics such as the excellent results of the Italian language teaching programmes at the BTU, which have been active since 2020 (the total number of students who have learnt Italian in four years amounts to approximately 600), the further development of cooperation relations between the academic institutions of the two countries, joint initiatives and projects, and opportunities for the university's students were discussed.
