the Consulate General of Italy in Geneva opened the 24th edition of the Week of the Italian Language in the World with a meeting at the University of Lausanne with writer Domenico Starnone, who addressed the topic: 'Italian fiction today: style, publishing, literary prizes'.
Starnone, winner of the Strega Prize, was joined in conversation by Gianluigi Simonetti and Lorenzo Tomasin, professors at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lausanne. Journalist Lara Ricci moderated the meeting. Also present were students from the Liceo Pareto. The event was organised in collaboration with the Dante Alighieri of Lausanne.
