All Florence-area hospitals and ERs
have been alerted after a large explosion at an Eni oil refinery
near the Tuscan capital, Tuscany Governor Eugenio Giani said
Monday.
Careggi Hospital in Florence has activated a plan for a massive
influx of injured.
The blast took place at Calenzano, in the Florentine
metropolitan area.
