AS Roma legend and former Italy
forward Francesco Totti has said he is not ruling out a
sensational return to football at the age of 48.
"Some teams have called me," the 2006 World Cup-winner, who
retired from the game in 2017, said at a Betsson event.
"They put a mad idea in my mind, gave me something to think
about.
"It would be difficult, but never say never.
"There are players who resumed playing many years after the end
of their career.
"It all started from a comment I made in an interview in which I
said there's not much quality around and I could return".
