(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 11 - A 44-year-old man and a 14-year-old
boy were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexually abusing and
torturing a 16-year-old boy in the basement of a condo in Milan,
judicial sources said Wednesday.
The pair allegedly filmed the abuse, police said.
The investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the
Lombardy capital is charging the crimes of gang rape,
kidnapping, injuries, and production of child pornography.
The two boys know each other, and agreed to meet, police said.
After the alleged violence police found the alleged victim
semi-naked in the street.
He has a cognitive deficit, they said. (ANSA).
