(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 20 - Some 38.9% of women in Italy fear
sexual abuse, Istat said Wednesday.
Despite the feeling of insecurity decreasing, according to the
Istat report, the concern of suffering sexual violence is
growing, and 35.8% of both sexes fear, for themselves or their
family members, of being a victim of some form of sexual abuse,
a percentage that has increased by 7.1 points compared to
2015-2016. (ANSA).
