(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 19 - The authorities in Emilia-Romagna and
Lombardy have imposed restrictions on the use of some
more-polluting vehicles in a bid to combat high levels of air
pollution in the northern regions.
Emilia-Romagna has stopped diesel cars up to Euro 5 from being
used on Tuesday and Wednesday in towns and cities with more than
30,000 inhabitants.
In Lombardy it is not possible to use Euro 1 petrol cars or
diesel cars up to Euro 4 in the provinces of Milan, Bergamo,
