(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 16 - Judges must crack down on students
and anarchists who attacked police during an anti-government and
pro-Palestinian march in Turin on Friday using a home-made bomb
whose fumes choked 15 police and raising three fingers in the
symbol of the Walter P38 pistol that marked Italy's Year of Lead
terrorism and the huge student protests of 1977, Justice
Minister Carlo Nordio said Saturday.
"I saw how terrorism was born, even in Turin: they started like
this, first they incite a riot, then they attack the police,
then they make the P38 gesture in the street and then they
shoot," said the minister. (ANSA).
