(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 13 - Two people, a father and son who are
allegedly doctors, have been placed under investigation on
manslaughter charges after Margaret Spada, a 22-year-old from
Siracusa, died after a rhinoplasty operation on November 7,
investigative sources said Wednesday.
The pair are the owners of the medical centre in Rome where the
young woman fell sick right after being administered local
anaesthesia.
Spada died four days later at the San Eugenio Hospital where she
had been taken in critical condition. (ANSA).
